as a photographer i must note that they must of been using a very low shutter speed for the man to be blurred, either that or the man is moving very fast- doubtful. in light that strong you wou7ld be using a very fast shutter speed.
its possible they are using a small aperture as there appears to be a large depth of field. but again in that kind of light even higher apertures would have good shutter speed. i mean this isnt the 70s no one is using the sunny 16 rule anymore unless you are shooting landscapes, unless you have a shit camera at events like that I would shut lower to bring my subjects into focus but i dunno. the image is fishy
