Self employed and I always mail them checks when I pay my taxes so they don't have my bank info on file. I don't know that I want them to have it. I guess my quesiton is, do you think there's anythign I have to do to get the check? When I punched in my SSN & address it says I'm eligible.

I don’t think you’d need to do anything as long as your address has been the same for a few years. Rumor is paper checks could take until September though, so expect a long wait. I’m kinda of the mind that the us govt has all of my info already, banks, fingerprints, saliva, etc.

I gave them my bank account info. I went off my 2018 taxes because I haven't filed 2019 yet and I moved in the time between. I did mail forwarding through the postal service, but apparently government checks might not get forwarded. In order to change your address with the irs, you have to ask them to mail you a bunch of forms then mail them back.
I would do the bank deposit.
