Hi Yas Forums I have inside knowledge that someone is actively going to be bidding to take Papa Johns private and put Schattner back at the helm. This is what he was talking about when he was saying the day of reckoning would come months ago, but I don't think he fully knew it. COVID19 threw the world on it's head and the buyout wasn't planned then, now it makes a lot more sense because everyone is fucking stuck at their houses ordering pizza.
NASDAQ:PZZA will have an offer tendered within the next 2-3 weeks to go private by some no name money management firm that represents the interests of a single individual if my inside knowledge is accurate. There are some powerful, well off guys out there with money who have good intentions and want to just help America recover. Providing Jobs/Pizza to everyone is part of the puzzle I guess. The fuck do I know, I'm just someone working on the deal who happens to like shitposting on pol from time to time.
