Recommended to everyone. Meditations on come down from acid or shrooms are the best self-learning experiences.You could achieve the same level of wisdom/knowledge/whatever you want to call it from simply meditating sober, but it takes time and effort. Psychedelics are fun short cut to realizing there is more to the world than just materialistic pleasure
