Hard to predict ... currently everything is still in flux, nothing is decided. That recent "leak" about WHO/Wuhan/Gates hacks might have been smokescreen for digging up some very juicy information that might now be processed and prepared for release. Their "power" is in the end only one thing: money. Without the fiat currencies they'll suddenly have no more mass media, no more "mercenaries", no more economic control ... therefore, the speedup to implement totalitarian measures (and the initial idea to switch to China as the CCP got much harsher control over their populace than any Western country).
