Do we need to implement these laws? I go outside and there's too many unsightly people.
I can't really find any SCOTUS cases where ugly laws were actually challenged, though I suppose if they were reinstated, they would likely be found unconstitutional. The 14th amendment requires the law be applied equally to all citizens, and over the years, SCOTUS has been increasingly more strict about this. If it can be applied to say that the right to marry cannot be denied to gay people, it can be trivially applied to suggest that one can never deny the right of freedom of movement and the right to peaceably assemble (i.e. go out in public) cannot be denied to ugly people, particularly considering that it is a largely immutably trait.
