I couldn't find anything about it online but that shit has more than one message decrypted in it. There is the accepted 4 part decrypted message that you can find on the web but then there is another one that doesn't use a cypher and is just several iterations worth of removing junk (like pee, poo, remove, junk, tits, etc) words from the encrypted text. That message is kinda funny I don't remember it verbatim but it started off "congratulations you did it I can't believe how stupid people are" and then a bunch of trivial time capsule shit about the events of the year it was made. I had a pretty good laugh at it thinking about how fucking simple of a puzzle it is but everyone focused on super complicated cyphers.
