alsace lauraine would go to germany, they would annex switzerland too, same with south tyrol, they would 100% get slovenia for a med sea port, yugoslavia would be divided (nazis were the one to create ethnic conflict there to divide it in the first place), hungary would be chunkier, romania would own bessarabia, and italy would be under german occupation

thats my point, italy betrayed germany, germany had mussolini killed and took direct control of the non invaded part of italy, meaning they would still be under occupation at the end of the war, and in that context there is ZERO chance they wouldnt have taken south tyrol back, which isnt the case on your map

Switzerland would only be a problem if the Wehrmacht was tied up elsewhere and could only send small units to deal with the Swiss. If the full force of the German army in ww2 was focused against Switzerland, I doubt they could hold out longer than a few days.
