Yes, and before you cherrypick the states, if you live in California or NY, you can easily move within your country. Some other developed countries may have one or two, but none have all.

1) Freedom of guns: guys like Ammon Bundy have FORCED the feds to give in. The good states allow concealed carry, open carry, not having to register guns, no security at court houses, no ammunition database, are allowed to purchase an 85% completed gun you can finish with no serial number. Americans greatly outgun their police and military. Self defense isn't considered murder, stand your ground laws.
2) Freedom of speech: We can support Hitler or prove the holocaust is a hoax without an issue. "Hate speech" is protected by the first amendment.
3) Freedom of religion: Even with hiccups we have given room for persecuted Christian allied groups like Mennonites, Amish, Mormons, Quakers, etc.
4) Freedom of schooling: home schooling isn't banned.
5) Freedom from vaccines: They aren't obligated.
6) States rights and sovereignty: states are allowed to make decisions that contradict the federal government and aren't ruled by an multinational shadow government like the EU.
7) The only country actually resisting against medical dictatorship overreaction of coronavirus.

I must admit the time after 9/11 was bullshit and that stuff is slowly untangling. The PATRIOT Act is horseshit (but while not on the news as much exists in some way in every developed country) but realistically America is the freest country in the world.
