I have come to believe this too. At this point I don't trust any kind of psychiatric medication or vaccine. Unless I'm seeing actual delusions or hallucinations then I'm not convinced it's an actual problem. At the end of the day, any rational person in the modern world would be conspiratorial/paranoid about a lot of things simply because of all the crazy shit that goes on.
