i install, upgrade and decommissioned cell towers. 5g is just faster and carries more data. ALL sources of RF can harm you eventually. Nothing like a virus though, only omni antennas shoot in 360 degrees.

Even in France we barely have proper 4g coverage in Paris, 3g has been throttled to fuck since 4g rolled out and they want to go full 5g when they can't even maintain a simpler architecture.
The only place I could get full benefit of 4g was when I worked near one of the network knots, 1GB/s download speed, otherwise it's around 25 MB/s to 750K/s or less around the country if you even get proper coverage.
No consumer does anything that requires 5G speed on his phone anyway.
