How has everyone been keeping since lockdown? The UK is about 3 weeks in, I am trying to keep in shape with a few loose weights I have seeing as the gyms are closed. My sleeping pattern is fucked, I normally sleep during the day now, I have been awake since yesterday morning as a matter of fact. Hope everyone is keeping well and in high spirit.

I have actually found my desire to eat to be lacking, I believe it’s because of my fucked up sleep routine. Im not hungry all day then at night I will be starving.

I think a good strategy to convince people, that this multiculturalism is negative, is to point out to normal people how unusual it all is. The gay pride stuff is so odd and I think it's an easy nail to hit, especially now with the sexualization of children.

I've found myself with the exact opposite problem, I have become more ready to eat. I say ready to eat because it's not just the hunger, it's the boredom of being stuck

I agree, one of my most successful methods is to point out how absolutely extreme the left goes, show the most vile photos to begin. Naked drag queens with children, hyper sexualisation of everything, whatever works. My other method is showing the censorship of everything, how nothing else is censored like we are, as they fear the truth.

A healthy sleep routine is extremely important, user. Get your sleeping routine back as soon as possible, because it will only get more difficult in the long run.
I have a cousin who started having trouble sleeping regularly at 15, he's 18 now and he's a complete wreck. Really worried about him.

I think we need a method of getting this through common people on mass. Twitter won't due because it's not the audience we need to hit per se. Is there some service that a lot of working people use that we can push our way?

Read books, read and temper your minds. Pick something that will strengthen your mind regarding national socialism. Don't rely on Yas Forums to get your information, do this on your own. This place is going to collapse, so spend your time improving yourself mentally and spiritually. In between I'd suggest freshening your mind with good fiction(Frank hurbert, gene Wolfe, Tolkien, CS Lewis, etc.) and maybe some methods of productivity(gardening hunting etc.). Point is you don't want to be an online sperg, you want to come of as someone who's cultured; you need to be refined and well-mannered, and your wit needs to be sharp. Healthy consumption of information and a light escape from the tribulations of life will be the whetstone for sharpening your mind.

Eat healthy, and eat frequently. Just cut out junk, and things you don't need(caffeine and alcohol are just as bad as other substance abuse). Find things that will trick your mind at first, and after a couple of months you won't need them anymore. Balance the color of your diet as well, half of your portions should be green, a tenth should be grain, a quarter should be lean meats and nuts, another tenth should be dairy, and a fifth should be healthy fats.

Exercise, no man has the right to not see what their bodies are capable of. If your brain is the sword, then your body is the scabbard, and your wisdom is the shield. Pick a program like Jim Stoppani's shortcut to size, and stick with it until you're done and do it again(or pick another one), you just have to finish the program you're on before moving forward. Remember: cardio won't kill your gains, that is just a myth made by fat bodybuilding boomers to not feel like sacks of shit for not jumping on a bike at least. Though if you're gonna hit the pavement you need to do it with a bit of tact and approach it as safe as possible. Stretch, don't run cold(stiff), and take your vitamins.

How can you change a country if you can't change yourself?

This is definitely an issue. Censorship is the worst its ever been. Memes seem to be a viable option, a friendly way to break the ice and walks the line between humour but also curiosity.

Maybe it's to do with sleep patterns, I'm in the USN so sleep is prized. So I've been getting as much as possible for my quarantine, but it's been 2 weeks and it's boring. So the sleep pattern might be to do with your job

I'd say the memes break through to younger audience is great, it's how I made it here. That gets the late teens to the mid 20s crowd, but I think we need something to get the people in their 30s

I've been good. Had a fight with my older sister and I'm not sure I can salvage our sibling bond. She's just a typical npc lib, and I try to open her mind with stuff but she reacts to change negatively and immediately shuts it down.
