From his facial expressions you can say he grew up as a child of one (or both) of CHAYNA PEPUL GOMMUNISTIK PARTE members.
Obviously he is also well fed and there is no doubt that his parents provided him with all of the toys that his heart desired.
His cheesy forced smile suggests that he is a completely another person when the cameras are off and his eyes say that human life is of most important value to him.
Also his hair looks well groomed and tells us that he visits the hairdresser regularly. It also shows that even in this age a person should put great care in physical appearance.

Xi Jinping's parents were killed by Mao and afterwards Xi basically committed to pulling a Frank Underwood-esque usurption of power from the CCP. Dude is extremely smart, extremely ruthless, and has all but earned his place at the helm of the country. Xi will never forgive the west for its role in the hundred years of humiliation, and will stop at nothing except for a complete global and economic victory as payback for the fall of the great Chinese Dynasties.
