I know a lot of semi-feminist women in professional environments. Their feminism ranges from just a general "I'm a strong independent woman" to tame but noticeable activism, but most of them are pretty competent and functioning. However, they often change jobs for reasons that can be summed up as "my management [male or female, doesn't matter] were all assholes and unreasonable". That puzzled me a lot because that's where your activism and feminism should've shined - like come on, it's practically a toy conflict, you don't risk your global reputation or fines or jail, you risk only your job, so smash that authority, come on! Then it clicked.
Women don't fear risk, but they're easily stopped by actual resistance.
When your manager wants to have it his (or her) way, he's not concerned about civility, or being cultured, or biology (most of the time) - his interests are at stake and he won't give them up just because a subordinate wants it. As a subordinate, you need to actually overcome this resistance one way or another, and simply stating "you're bad" won't cut it. On the other hand, when we jump from a work environment to society in general, we see wimps who are concerned with their public image, or, even worse, fucking simps who give up immediately to please a woman. They can put up threats, but no resistance. It's useless to try and scare a woman with law, or death threats (she'll cry and rage but won't give it up), or anything - risk evaluation is not their strongest suite. But simple stonewalling drives them insane and makes them give up in no time.

My experiences are similar. Seems to me like women enjoy the opportunity to prove themselves, but there is this underlying knowledge they all possess that no matter what, they can always just fall back on their pussy, find a beta provider, and not bother with this whole empowerment shit.
It's different for guys. We have no intrinsic value, and we are forced to prove our worth throughout our lives. If we fail, we die. Women lack this risk, and this is why they give up so easily. There is no deep incentive for them to keep up the struggle once the going gets too hard. I know at least two former feminists who tried to make a career, but eventually married successful guys and are now basically lazying off doing pretend-work in high-paying managerial positions.

This phrase explains why the entire basis of feminism is not equality, but hypocrisy. Queen Victoria pointed this out ages ago.
Women cannot function without men in their protection/provider roles, so this leaves only two choices for any feminist who claims "equality" with men: either make the absurd two faced demand that men still retain the male gender roles while on the other face decrying female gender roles as sexist - and in doing so become disgusting vapid whores void of any dignity. The other choice is to simply perish and fail without men to protect or provide for them.
All feminists drop the feminism act as soon as Chad is needed in their lives. Every time a feminist complains about "patriarchal female gender standards" you can bet 10 tonnes of gold that she has a list of male gender standards she desires in a mate that is far more demanding and entitled than the female gender roles she is complaining about. All feminists are thus liars. None of them actually believe in what they preach as they abandon their beliefs as soon as those beliefs are no longer beneficial. From my experience a lot of the "strong empowered" types usually try to establish themselves as some "Queen Bee" type shit where they know how to do XYZ and have this unwarranted sense of superiority over others. i.e. user doesn't mind doing shitty jobs at work every now and then. user's female co-worker hates doing the shitty aspects of the job and whines incessantly. That doesn't seem to match up with my experience, women I know are ready to put in some extra time or extra work in their job, take on responsibilities, etc. It's just that a lot of them can't deal with their management for shit.
