I've literally just demonstrated to you that's not true. If what you're saying is the case only 50% or less of the population of Ireland is actually Irish, as that map doesn't take into account recent population movements into Ireland, which are overwhelmingly not R1b-L21. That 62% figure is for people with an unbroken line of descent solely in Ireland going back hundreds of years.
