i dont actually know the movement, but if its hispanic then "raza" does not stricly means the race concept of 4chanel
since racial issues is not a thing in mexico, we used to use raza to refer to offspring or group of people. when i was a kid, october 12th used to be called "dia de la raza" (everybody in latinamerica)
i think chis use raza as group of people, most of the time a friends group. its a termn in street spanish.
