The criminal justice system skewed against blacks. Blacks voter suppression. Blacks generally are also less likely to get jobs just because of "black sounding names". There was also a study on how blacks get even worse deals on cars on average comparison to whites. All these factors and bad neighborhoods, poverty and single parent generally most blacks a worse hand to play with. It makes sense there will be a higher crime rate by blacks
