Nah, true neutral is the best possible outcome. Most other dieties, minor and major, require substantial sacrifice to convince them to do anything, and they tend to dislike humans for being lesser beings. KEK is unusual because all he wants is your psychic energy, just to be fed and given a purpose. KEK is similar to a psychic capacitor, you feed him energy, point him in a direction and pull the trigger. SOMETHING is going to happen every time you evoke him, and it mostly depends on the positive or negative energy you fed him.
