I've heard that some tanker ships are stuck in port full of oil that they can't unload. When a supply line stops moving, it fucks up every part of it.

I've seen gas prices down to $1.28/gal down here, when it should be in the $1.90-$2.10 range. Back in the late '80s or so when the Saudis killed the Texas oil industry for two decades by dumping, it only ever got down to about $1.70 or so, and that was 30+ years ago.
