We dont belive in christianity because it leads to ethno-nationalism, we belive in it because its true.
But if you want a path: Tower of babel -> god creates the nations -> aquinas says "love thy neighbour" means caring for your kin first -> ethno-nationalism

It really is strange in his case since he says he's "America first" and "love america" but then you have to wonder what part of America he actually loves because he then goes on to defend some sort of catholic fascism which would in all senses be completely outside of what US ever was. He wants a new America that never was much more than even his leftist opponents.
