This one is confusing the scale or reach of an individual's bigotry vs a collective.
It acknowledges that men can do more damage in general because of their power, which isn't exactly wrong, but isn't going to be universally true in all cases.
If a man makes an inappropriate joke about women, that's a very different thing from a woman stabbing a man over her own sexist belief.
