I think he lived in the echo chamber. Essentially seeing all these rallies and womans marches against Trump. Thinking he would win easily if he came across as powerful, but instead came across as an angry old man. Then mix in the radical changed shen Biden just wants the same but reasonable changes. Then Biden claims he thought of that first, that was his bill, he made that bill, that was his idea first, and so on. Meanwhile Bernie struggled to explain how he would accomplish anything, and looking at his career he has made the most mediocre changes ever. He has never had a major impact anywhere, yet is suddenly going to take on Wall Street and so on?
