How long until housing market starts to crumble?

Most homeless people are mentally ill derelicts with no identity and most of them get no sort of government assistance so we don't pay them.

I say shoot'em its more humanitarian to let them die with some dignity.

I specified midwestern cities and chose an example with high blight, and indicated a distinct difference than coastal cities, citing an actual number multiplier estimate, to explain it to you, yet you still chose to see the exact opposite.
