It really depends on the value that one places on sex. If one views sex as some sort of sacred act, then perhaps commoditising it may be seen as immoral.
If however one views sex as nothing more than a biological requirement. A necessity for reproduction or for hormonally driven pleasurable relief. Then it may not be seen as immoral. Ultimately I think it comes down to this:
1. Are the parties involved of legal age and sound mind?
2. Are the parties involved consensual? I.e. no coercion, threat of violence, all parties understand exactly what is expected and involved.
3. No harm is being done to either party. Obviously there are inherent risks in many things, in this case STDs and unplanned pregnancy are risks that are taken as given. However if one partner is aware that they have an active STD then, they should not engage in the act or make the other person aware of their status.
4. Each party receives what was reasonably expected and negotiated. The provider is compensated appropriately and the client receives the service that he/she paid for.
5. The process from negotiation to end was carried out without harming or scandalising any third party. No damage was done to another person's property, STDs are not being transmitted to a person not involved in the transaction, no partner or child is being harmed by adultery, the process was carried out with discretion and in private.
If the above criteria are satisfied then I would say that there is nothing immoral about it.
