The world would be a much better place if being a physician was seen as just another trade. Picture a world where mechanics had to go to school for 10 years in programs that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. How much would that be holding our economy back?
You could even see the same justifications: "do you have ANY IDEA how complex and dangerous cars are? ONE THING going wrong and you could kill 5 people on the highway. A $5000 bill for your annual maintenance. is perfectly sensible."

imagine how much time it would take to set something small like this up, first they need to discuss and find how they will take a "fun" picture like this, then they need to rearange all the furniture, then decide who will sit where and do what poses, then have someone taking the picture.
