Due to the wonders of communism they need to stamp out any competing culture, you need to care about supporting the state and only that as your identity, so they fuck over all minority ethnicity, nationality, belief systems, religions or sexualities in case someone cares about that instead of doing whatever the state tells them to do.

The Chinese, as an aggregate, really don't like blacks.
You can see it in all the youtube videos of them covering their mouths and noses when one sits next to them on the bus.
