Some regular Canadian guy who makes dentures has the cops in town arrest him at work, because he got mad about them parking in his businesses private parking lot, in the middle of the lot, not even bothering to park in a stall, to go buy coffees down the street.

Justin Bourque's best friend was shot by police at a checkpoint, he reached for his wallet after being asked to show his license and was gunned down (like 9 shots into the drivers seat because the officer was scared) a year before his rampage, and two weeks before he snapped the cop that shot his friend was let off with back-pay, no jail time, and allowed to go back to work. So I fully believe that the local RCMP or Halifax Police or what ever were fucking with him, parking in his lot ILLEGALLY and blocking spots for his customers.
