Jim Crow only existed in the south.
Blacks in the US north were never slaves and were never under jim crow and yet they are still disfunctional. What is your excuse for them?

We've sent over 7 Marshal plans worth of funding and aid to africa, and yet nothing has been done.
Nothing is maintained, the farms are abandoned after the white farmers leave, toilets are placed next to wells, and the government has made every effort to evict any organization that tries to establish anything long lasting, while taking any resource/money/ anything we pump into the place. Whats the point if nothing changes?
