When a population disproportionately attributes to more violent crime, the police will pull over more of those people to the point where equal arrests are being made.

I don't but this is something you can deduce: If Chinese people were being given longer jail sentences than whites, we'd be hearing about it. The only "proofs" of "white privilege" are actually comparisons of any advantage they can find between blacks and everybody else. Calling an advantage, i.e., income disparity a "privilege" is a misnomer (absent a race-based) but so is calling it white when Japs have the same "privilege" (read: advantage) or even do better than whites.
