He has not come back yet. But we’re talking about Chosen status. They do not have it anymore. They hung their Redeemer on a tree. The kingdom was given to believers in Him. If a Jew believes- he is chosen. If a Muslim believes, he is just as chosen. The Spirit was issued to the Hebrews and Gentiles. There is no more distinction based on race, but now it is all spiritual.

The American obsession with political state of Israel for eschatological purpose is a heresy. God only cares for Israel in the context of the finished work of Jesus Christ. Anyone who is praying for political Israel is praying for the Antichrist.

You are just completely ignoring what Paul said for your own doctrine.
(Romans 11:25-32)
Yes Christian have replaced Jews. But you are ignoring the words of Paul about what that actually means. And for how long. And for when that changes.
And by doing so if people go against Israel at the end, the people that ignore Paul's warnings, according to scripture will be destroyed by Christ.
"For I would not have you ignorant, brethren, of this mystery (lest you should be wise in your own conceits) that blindness in part has happened in Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles should come in. And so all Israel should be save" -Romans 11:5,26
You are intentionally choosing to only see one half of the equation. The part of the Gentiles taking their place. And you are refusing to see the second part.
