What do you guys think the core female story is and what is the POLITICAL implications of it's changing principles in modern media? Are there any legitimate arguments against it being Belle?
What is the core female story, and why is it Belle?

What channel?
The hidden Yas Forums discord server is discord gg CpqQw7b
It has to stay hidden or discord will shut it down.
As far as discord knows it's Wayne Lambright's official campaign discord.

>Are there any legitimate arguments against it being Belle?
women aren't supposed to commit bestiality.
You post this thread everyday. Fuck off
It's Mulan not Belle
Joan of Arc
If it's not baroque don't fix it
Thanks.
The movie doesn't depict that. His "beastly" appearance is a representation of his inner monster. It is his ability to see this monster that makes him superior to Gaston.
Everyday =/= 2 days. I am looking for good arguments against this idea. Then I will move on to a different idea.
Would you rather it be another BBC thread? At least this has some substance.
>muh slide threads
I'd rather talk about anything else besides Disney propaganda.
Expand upon this. What are the attributes of Mulan (Joan of Arc) that make her the ultimate female aspiration?
The virgin beast
vs
THE CHAD GASTON
>Can't stand the prospects of living a quiet, boring, provincial life in a small town and wants to live a life of adventure in the great wide somewhere instead of just living vicariously through her books
>Rejects the guy who lives the life of a hunter, sportsman, and adventurer because he's kind of a rude asshole instead of surprising him by taking an active interest and encouraging him to do the same.
>Ends up falling in love with the bitch hermit and settling for a quiet, isolated life in a castle reading books.
The moral of Beauty and the Beast is that women don't know what the fuck they want
This is an interesting analysis. Gaston is shown rejecting new ideas and not being self conscious. The forward progress of the people in the town will be stunted if the king of the town (Gaston) doesn't advance himself.
this college tier movie analysis is kinda painful to watch.
not many people here watch Disney movies (I don't) so no one has any input on this question.
The Beast is literally the NEET dream.
>rejects popular and successful but decidedly middle class guy for friendless beta with generational wealth
FTFY
fair enough. How do you think the shifting narrative on the female character in movies is affecting the political landscape. Pic very much related.
Well balanced animus
You should watch Chinese movies, the female characters are generally powerful
Did you see The God of Cookery
the female character has to save the dude through brute force
Interesting. Your contention is that Mulan displays a much more balanced animus than any other character (Belle included).
In fairness this is probably true. Belle isn't really shown to transform at all in Beauty and the Beast as that is not the point of the movie.
I will need to go back and look at Mulan again. Anything specific in the movie I should look for to illustrate your contention?
I haven't seen the movie
it just standard globalist propaganda, make men into women and women into men. the shifting is by design, stuff like beauty and the beast is bait to get people to start watching your crap just so you can mold them into your pic.
as far as politics it just makes women think they're right and men are wrong.
Belle is admirable insofar as she saves her father. It's not adventure she craves it's mental stimulation. Belle is the "bookish" girls avatar. She wants more than a provincial life in that she wants out of her hick town where everyone is fucking stupid and boorish.
So no. Belle is not the average girl.
The average girl is Jasmine, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, Ariel. They want to be saved by a prince and whisked off into an incredible life for no reason other than the prince thinks they're hot.
This would be fine. But they get told they're better than that by women with pens envy.
So now they're Mulan, Elsa/Anna, or Pocahontas, showing dumb man up because they're so awesome at everything they do. But they aren't, they're just delusional princess Jasmines or Ariels who completely fuck up and just about get killed when they act out and have to be saved by an entire cast of characters in a 90 minute adventure.
Kek.
Like I said, The Beast is the ultimate NEET.
Never has to leave his room.
Servants to cook him tendies.
He imprisons a girl and she becomes his gf.
Why is molding them into a castrated saint george the goal though?
This burger is correct. Belle was crafted with the stereotype of a collaborating woman in mind, someone who truly nurtures those around her and finds herself a place of importance by acting out her femininity and motherly role with a clear, rational and most importantly selfless direction. She wants to be "someone" not strictly a princess and she knows she has to improve her community (or find a community which she can improve, i.e the denizens of the castle) to do so.
If anything we need much more of characters like Belle before we can consider female emancipation to having ever been a good thing. Emancipation without true community was not good for men past the 70's and it will not turn out well for women either.
i don't know what that is.
Saint George is the Hero's Journey in story form. Monster killing town, go out, fight monster, rescue town / virgin, get treasure / virgin / admiration.
Interested in why you put Ariel into these. Why do you think she is equivalent to the others?
What do you think has caused the degradation of community post emancipation?
OP, I already told you how to get views, try those instead of spamming the board with this shit video. Tried being polite the first time. Fuck off, reported.
