>get excited for next product
sounds dumb. my family have a washing machine that is 50 years old and still works great.
governments should promote a culture of repair, not destruction and replacement.
but will TV's run out and stuff?
I don't care if a chain store can't buy 500 TVs only to leave them out back where niggers steal them so Mr Fat Cat can claim insurance and keep his head above water.
The rest of us will not break our TV this month because we are not niggers.
most of our tvs are hecho en mexico
what about repairs? phones? computers? chemicals? steroids? drugs? When will they return to work so we can start getting all our goods?
samsung makes some of their phones in korea computer stuff like ram is made in new jersey sometimes
youre crazy, in Asia
nope most of the ones sold here are made in mexico a lot of samsung factories there
Excited as fuck for US made electronics.

>repairs

>chemicals

>steroids
I just checked mine are manufactured in Hungary and UK
>drugs
India.
>When will they return to work so we can start getting all our goods?
Cut your losses by assuming they are all dead.
also if its made in mexico most likely its assembled there with chinese made components
It's not going to happen over night. We are in for the long ride. Hopefully there's enough work and money to lift the lower class up.
So you think China is completely out of the picture in the international arena? Do you believe western countries will no longer trade or negotiate with them?
would you like to know that ge appliances is chinese owned now?
exactly, so theres really no escaping the giant
Is that why their stock value has gone down the drain?
there is if we start making everything again
Is the labor market even capable of handling all of that demand?
my electrical extension power cords were made in usa but theyre from the late 80s early 90s americord i think
they better be
Consumers only know to consume. Till they wind up in chains.
>So you think China is completely out of the picture in the international arena?
in spirit, yes absolutely. boycotts against them are starting from the grassroots level in all nations.
>Do you believe western countries will no longer trade or negotiate with them?
I do not. I believe that our leaders are bought and sold like dollar store barbie dolls. negotiations and trade will technically remain open, but I assure you that by bulk numbers, things will decline over the next decade. Long supply chains of the past are not so easy to secure in the modern day. We'll be doing much more local food production if we want to stay alive.
You're obviously not using a 20 year old computer to post on here
I'm not really concerned about food production. I think that those are essential of all culture and no one really depends on food, i guess somalia may be a small case.
My concern is tech production, the chinese literally spent 2,000 years passing on from geneneration to generation that they must build a fucking wall and they did it for that many years and they are still here. What im trying to say is that the Chinese are a mile away in this race. Western culture indulges in satisfying the ego too much.
ever heard of a compaq presario?pretty sure they went out of business before you were born.
in any case I have enough parts to build a whole spare laptop if I wanted. Others should be smart and prepared, like me.

>Will electronics demand run low from now on?
yes
>R.E.E.
Nah, China is working again. This is why all corporations rely on them. They get the job done.
>Will electronics demand run low from now on?
Can't say that I need a new computer or phone. It's not like they're disposable.
>You're obviously not using a 20 year old computer to post on here
>mfw I haven't bought a new computer since 2005
Really wish I had something newer sometimes.
>mexico a lot of samsung factories
Assembly yes (screw driver shops), not panels

I'm going to lose too much money if my business doesn't have a Chinese connection. Sorry I love money.
