OP 3 probable possibilities:
1.you have epiditymitis. Sometimes when you jerk off (esp. A lot) semen can get stuck in the epiditymis and cause infection. Also urine can backflow into ithe sometimes but it's pretty rare.

2. If it IS a torsion there will be swelling and the testicle will lie higher up in the nut sack than usual or at an angle or position that is not normal for you. I assume you know which way and how your nuts normally lie. Also the pain from testicular torsion is said to be so bad that on a scale 1 to 10 it's a 15 (a urologist friend told me this). Though depending on how twisted the pain may be less. Also if you're over 18 it is much less likely to be torsion.

3. It could be a hernia. Stick a finger up into the area under the pelvic bone, cough, and if you can feel something buldging or if something feels like a pit moving around up there it is likely that.

Well that rules out torsion completely and possibly hernia. Usually epitdytimitis is very apparent, your sac can swell to bowling ball sizes. Unless your one of those people who gets recurring episodes that resolve... though you would probably know that too by now.

This sounds like the area of an inguinal hernia. The hole in the abdominal wall where the sperm duct passes through might have a little issue. Is there a bulge in the painful area? bulge=hernia. Push it back in.
