No, it isn't. This modernist addition crap is the absolute WORST type of architecture, at least pure brutalism and even pure modernism are their own thing, that glass shard is literally defacing the historic building. It's the equivalent of cancer growing over healthy cells. I believe that you have to have actual brain damage to find that building (or others like it) tolerable.
