Owning a car is a right but if you get a driver's license and register it, it no longer becomes your property and is a privilege under commerce.

Whats the point of license plates and registration? If someone steals your car cops arent likely to ever find it. So they're not actually offering you any service at all. But, with a license plate they can use it to spy on you and charge you for red light cameras, parking, tolls etc.

Rights are things you provide for yourself including all of your property.

Driving is a commercial activity.
travel to church or market is not commercial.
MOTOR VEHICLES are commercial.
Your automobile is an engine driven carriage. Where is the MOTOR? Doesn't matter after you sign up to drive for the dmv and give them the manufacturer's certificate of origin for equitable title, meaning you don't own it.

I'm doing a quick look but I'm seeing the exact opposite, basically saying that Americans have the freedom of movement within and between States but doesn't imply any right to a mode of travel. I mean why would it give people the right to travel however they want, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard, everyone could just be driving around in Mad Max vehicles of their own design.
