That’s lower than the flu. Why did we shut down our economy?
Birx just said US mortality rate is 11.24 per 100,000

to remind you who is in charge
BOOGALOO INCOMING
the real answer? jews
something is going to need to be done about this problem. We need a solution
Global Financial Reset.
Dr. Bird (The Draconian?)
(((They))) shut down the economy to pass legislation to control you and to make you poor and dependent on gibs like niggers.
Brix admitted in the corona virus briefing that the probable cases are being added in all at once instead of when they first occurred. So their adding more cases to the daily numbers.
she just took off her dirty underwear and ate it on national TV
these people fucked us over so badly
>Why did we shut down our economy?
just playing the devil's advocate, but perhaps if we did not shut everything down, the rate would be much higher.
what is the flu's rate?
>falling for a Chinese and Jewish media hoax
That's obviously what would have happened. Let the schizos have their fun though, dont respond to these bored psychos.
That's the overall mortality rate, dumbass. Not 11 per 100k cases
Found the sucker.
It's 5 per 100 for confirmed cases, though.
Unless you want to provide accurate data that there's more cases out there, and that any testing used is accurate.
Trips of truth. We should keep it shut down until the economy implodes and we have to turn to cannibalism #GoGreen #Recycle
This makes no sense. The mortality rate should be the same in any valid (n>40) sample regardless of the size of N
>but muh hospitools
Not very much evidence that medical intervention significantly improves patient outcomes and care is largely palliative at this point
What really matters is the number dead. More having been dying everyday than die from the flu.
Do you feel in charge?
How worse? Like more people that would have died in the next 5 years dying now costing taxpayers less dollars to keep alive?
total deaths are same as previous years
just now other deaths are counted as corona
also, what if lockdown made it worse and without lockdown we'd have less deaths - cramming people into supermarkets is DUMB
>confirmed
if you don't test all the population everyday this is meaningless
No, the rate matters the most as its your rate of dying. Just because this infects more doesn't mean its necessarily deadlier.
I dont know what the truth is so I've been making counterarguments to the many sides of this debate. The replies help me understand the issue better.
wrong
gov.uk
Status of COVID-19
As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious diseases (HCID) in the UK.
They have determined that several features have now changed; in particular, more information is available about mortality rates (low overall),
Some non temporary solution
Its to ruin the Trump economy.
Its to give Biden the fastest economic growth america ever had even if its from some artificially created baseline from literally stopping the economy. And of course the biggest reasons were to set up a surveillance state and give 10 trillion dollars to jewish bankers
Buy a gun retard
If you want to know the appropriate response to this plague, then look to Israel. Is Israel under quarantine? Is Zion Don shipping them emergency supplies? Then you better stay under quarantine too. In America they put on a clown show for the public that is only concerned about wall street.
>D-1wrong
FUCK OFF happeningfag
like, a definitive solution ?
Because the goal is to collapse civilisation, and Trump is the drug being used to put the rightwing to sleep.
to purge ourselves of the non-essentials.
>Just because this infects more doesn't mean its necessarily deadlier.
If it infects more and kills at the same rate then of course it's deadlier.
Yes, but we use confirmed data for just a flu to get those stats too.
So, you have to apply apples to apples; confirmed to confirmed.
the death cruises had < 5 deaths on them with hundreds infected
>Why did we shut down our economy?
So that the US mortality rate could be lower than the flu.
Isn't it more contagious than the flu?
Didn't work. Every middle class white person has at least one relative who spent the last month redpilling them.
Checked as fuck for finality
Something final and permanent
Something
1. If we hadn't, it would be much worse. 2. This is a brand new virus, and we still don't know how it works in the body initially and over time. 3. We still don't know how catching it is. 4. States and localities will open up as we get more information on the virus and as fewer and fewer people catch it.
That is close to 2 per 100 with 11 still severe/critical, so it'll end up close to the WHO's 3 per 100 most likely.
Because because
You’re a tool. That’s why.
Corona kills more people than flu. It is not the flu. You’re the flu.
Trump, who would have won, is about to create a catastrophe. All you fatties are going to die and spread corona virus all over the place.
That’s just a lie you’re telling each other. UK’s deaths are up 60% despite the quarantine.
That's why I hate Trader Joe's.
At first it was all, we keep our stores small and costs down to save YOU money! But now their shit's as costly as anyone else's.
I enjoy ramming people in TJ's to make them get the fuck out of my way. Fucking boomers stand there congregating in the aisles chewing the fat at lunchtime. Buy something or GTFO.
>not much evidence that medical intervention significantly improves patient outcomes
imagine gasping for air but doctor man says ventilator not necessary
On a serious and respectful note, shouldnt the mortality rate increase as the country strains its resources? Given that we lack resources at the moment, and it is a nationwide shutdown, should not have maintaining the status quo resulted in more infections, a greater stress, and thus more deaths? Increasing N has no change on the ratio directly, but increasing N decreases the capacity of care.
That's the deaths from Covid per people total in America not the deaths from Covid per Covid cases idiot. The mortality rate is 35k/700k (or whatever it is now). though that could be proven to be lower once antibody testing shows how many people have actually been infected
Nonetheless, they've completely shut down. They cannot visit family or friends and can go out only for food, medicine or other absolute necessities.
Jokes on them, I'm richer than ever from all the ot + 'hazard' pay
I understand that logic but you really can't say for sure what would have actually happened. when you weigh the amount of people who are absolutely FUCKED financially right now, compared to the unknown amount of lives you MAY have possibly saved, is it actually worth it? how much do we actually value the sick and elderly that were literally going to die anyway? do we even trust these infection/death numbers in the first place? if 100,000 more elderly died, would that even matter? the world is not an inherently more dangerous place than it was before all this happened. both the healthy and vulnerable have been at risk of getting fatally ill every single day since the dawn of time. that is the risk of existing on this Earth. It will never change and we have fucked over so many millions for reasons I do not understand.
Last I heard 80% of people who go on a ventilator from this never go off, meaning they die.
There's mounting evidence the ventilators are making it worse.
