The average listing price here for a house in European currency, Quid and the Euro, is about $175,000. Is that good especially for this white area of Eastern Texas?
The average listing price here for a house in European currency, Quid and the Euro, is about $175,000...
>Eastern Texas
>white
No
Not at all dude, for small ranches this housing economy, you might even make a buck if you can sell it in the next decade.
what the fuck does currency have to do here, gtfo idiot
WTF is "Quid"? Sounds like some retarded fish
Yours is more valuable
Why are american houses so dirt cheap wtf
Exurbs in Red states have low taxes and lower cost of living so it evens out
Came for the Europoor seething. You have no idea how much poorer you are.
Lumberton is +95% white.
Beaumont (south of Lumberton) is >60% black.
God Bless segregation
Not bad, not bad at all. Someday I'll be a homeowner.
might be a good housing price but there are no jobs paying my minimum of 95k/yr within 40 miles
Hugely depends on the area.
I used to live near Seattle and work with this dude at the same company.
I moved to Southern Illinois and do essentially the same job a few years ago. My house is valued at ~$260,000 and his at almost $500,000 but my house looks like a mansion compared to his.
Pic-related for another random example. This isn't even the most extreme I could go. I just popped in one city I know is expensive and one that is cheap. There are some absolute cuck sheds in areas of SoCal selling for like a million dollars.
well it's la lot less than an equivalent sized house would cost in western europe i guess
why would you need 5 bathrooms
The average Amerishart uses two bathrooms a day, one to shit in and one to pee in. The shit has to soften extensively before the Amerishart flushes or else their whole system will clog. With a wife and two kids it's not just recommended, but eminently desirable to have 5+ bathrooms for maximum convenience.
In America we get bored if we shit in the same place. We need different scenery
>white area
>In Texas
Do you think it's still the 00's?
Rural areas of america are dirt cheap. My county with a major university in texas houses start at 200k for pieces of shit. Land is minimum 20k an acre. Just bought cows from a guy near lumberton. He bought his land 10 years ago for 2500 an acre and is mad the land around him is worth 4-5k because he cant buy more.
You're a fool if you buy now. As people run out of money to pay their bills, they will have to put their homes on the money to get the equity out of them. This means prices will be much cheaper in the near future.
*on the market
Better than having your money called loonie tunes like the leafs, lol.
Most people just go where the jobs are.
That's why the cities are the big so overcrowded.
the big shitholes and
Move out of Paris Pierre
Depends on the local cost of living. If you live near a city, the same house will cost twice as much as a house in the boonies. It's almost as if land has a higher value in places where people actually want to live.
1 main. 1 in the master bedroom. 1 - 2 for children/tenants. 1 partial. That’s an old colonial home too so...
Lumberton is 93% white.
Lumberton is an outskirt of an outskirt. And not white. I grew up in Beaumont.
Yes it is
A bunch of old people and small children
Over 35 is nine year cohorts. Largest age groups are 10 - 14 & 30 - 34.
move to a smaller town Pierre
Depends on area, texas is actually one of the more expensive states
God yes I was praying one of those (You)s was a variation of this. Criminally underrated
Our houses being more expensive confirms we are richer. Your logic is flawed mutt. And also we dont live in cardboard houses.
I dont think it is expensive compared to the West coast or the urban areas of the East Coast.
>white area of Eastern Texas
LOL, White area of Eastern Texas ?
Texas borders Mexico on the South, Louisiana on the East... have fun with your "white area" of Eastern Texas
Isnt housing in Sweden cheaper than a lot of other western European countries?
Well ya not more than cali thats why I said one of
i would love to live in either of those houses
I think the Texas cities are also cheaper than Most of the East coast metro areas.
I guess it depends on the area. But i live in Stockholm (capital) and here you will have to live with your parents until you are 25+ unless you are lucky finding something cheap. The cheap rentals are taken by immigrants or some pole shithead. And thus ghettos are created. Unless you are rich, extremely lucky or blessed, you will live with your parents for a while.
If it's actually white, yea. I've been property shopping lately and spending a lot of time looking in East Texas... Lots of beautiful land. Lots of very well kept, beautiful houses on large lots of beautiful land... But almost every town/city has real bad demographics. I found a couple that are much more acceptable demographically, but for the most part many of them are abysmal tier. One 20 acre property in particular I was ready to buy on the spot site unseen after seeing a few pictures of the land/house. But the demographics of that city were 99% urban and only 25% white.
metro yes but i'm not talking about metro
I think that is a similar situation if you are living in a lot of the top US cities.
