I never understood why politics and intelligence were so heavily emphasized by the left.
It really only comes down to whether or not emotion is factored into your logic or not.
Believe me, if AI were to take over, a lot of folks would die, or at the very least, eugenics would be widely enforced. Liberalism would also die. There would be an objective function to collectively achieve, and feelings would play zero role in decisions made.
I think most lefties reside in the 110-130 IQ range. Smart enough to go to college, usually for a liberal arts degree, but too hung up on emotional intelligence and ethics to make truly logical choices.

There is smart and there is wise. I know people who have graduated college with an advanced degree and yet are some of the stupidest people around. Ask them about something and they will know it, ask them to apply that knowledge and they can't. I also know people who dropped out of school and are some of the hardest working people around. It's human feeling which ultimately decides what's best for humans because we are regulated by feelings. Human logic is then interwound with emotion, you can't separate it.
Ultimately is AI were to take over and it was decided that human happiness was most important, we would be all be stripped of our bodies, our brain being in a liquid that keeps it functioning, while constantly being fed a dopamine drip.

I'm around there and honestly the only thing it's revealed to me is that I know nothing and neither do most people. People simply specialize and a higher IQ just makes you more able to recognize patterns and enhanced spatial intelligence. I think the most dangerous people on the planet are the midwits 110-130 as they think that a few dozen points makes them capable of telling everyone how to live and comes with a myriad of behaviors that point to how close the genes for intellect are tied to those for mental illness. I was tested by WAIS and got IQ score of 140 First of all beliving in any sort of AI takeover in your lifetime is fucking retarded the best you can hope for is more advanced forms of automatization which can lead to unemployment in fields that dont reqiure a lot of of manipulating abstractions and are repetitive. Also leftists are not that smart probably a little higher than average could be higher for post modernists and people higher than around 125 pretty much not constrained by any way by their intelligence and can make fully logical choices if thats their intention.
