Nothings on there you can't find on the clearnet. People realized it wasn't tor that was protecting them but the fact governments can't arrest 300,000 people for participating in online illegal activity so rather than bother with slow ass tor most of the shit just migrated to the clearnet. I guess the exception is the drug markets but even it's not really an exception as you can now find drug dealers on instagram.

Well, considering "intellectual dar web" is just a term thrown around by YouTube journalists to inflate their ego that has nothing to do with the spoopy "dark web", you're not gonna find much about it on Tor.
