It could quite possibly be a picture of her son but whats up with the weird tape on his body almost as if they are incision lines and in the instagram story she mentioned she wanted to put them all away before her son got home.
Most of the pictures she showed are innocent and this one seems to have gotten mixed up in the pile and gone unnoticed when she was filming the story.
