I know. I was involved with the homeless at Aala Park. I know full well the reality that is the illusion of HI. I am not sure why the Natives don't rise up. Lines of tent shanty towns along sidewalks for blocks. Corners of buildings with tents/tarps. Not just crazy people and addicts, but normal people who can't afford a home. Now NO JOBS for them.

I was homeless for a while, all I ever saw were the occasional groups of people handing out water bottles. Shelters were filthy and useless, housing was only for addicts and the mental and barely covered the population, and now the other "housing" they have is suddenly boarded up. No idea what they did with the tenants.

We now have this huge "village" of wood pallet houses in Ewa beach scrublands with some older local woman "designated" to be the "leader". It's a mad max looking place. No law, just some old local homeless woman telling people what to do.

And After April 30? They lied about the previous "moratorium" on rent. Landlords were hitting up tenants for sex April 1.

If you go to Hawaii, and try to get help for illegal actions by a landlord, you will find
