he definitely did. Strikers intro was like he was trying to emulate hitler at a beerhall and mikes was calm and collected. The guys they were debating were fucking retards though especially one guy who kept just saying "this is a waste of my time" over and over again.

Striker is much too idealistic and will argue dumb shit, like when he wasted time debating the whole jazz/classical/music thing with Destiny. Mike is much more no-nonsense and will focus on debating things that are most important to today's political situation, which is why I like him much more as a debater. He's obviously very intelligent and knowledgeable about politics, history, etc. but is able to boil down his ideas to very simple grug brained talking points that are effective.

The people who claim Striker lost to Destiny were not paying attention. The whole argument was Striker desperately trying to pivot back to arguing ideas, and Destiny trying to drag him away from politics.
Some people claim Striker blew the classical music debate, but listen to it again. Destiny countered Striker's point that jazz was a simplified waltz by bringing up John Coltraine. Striker then said jazz was incoherent and atonal crap, which Coltraine absolutely is.
The response was an "ACHKSHUALLY" that not all jazz is like that, which is technically true. But who gives a shit?
Strikers broader point was that American music comes from Europe, and Destiny refused to counter it. It was just faggoty nitpicking.
