I am an English-speaking convert. Prayer is universally in Arabic, as is Qur'an recitation, the Adhan, numerous obligatory phrases and the greeting. If you love Islam you will eventually want to learn it out if that love

We are not talking about recitation, we are talking about the prayer which is not exactly the same thing even though Fatiha was chosen as the words for the prayer.
