Daily reminder that mankind isn't meant to live in today's society where we force feed and force shit to get to work at 9 and stay in a cubicle until 5 to then do it all over again. Where meant to be in the nature, build our own home, watch generations grow and live as free men. Embrace your true nature anons.
>A man plants trees he knows he will never harvest. Because it’s the right thing to do.
is it possible to have a high-tech society while also living in nature like this? or are they inherently opposed?
Owen Gutierrez
if you have enough money you can live however you like
Henry Edwards
No. Actually.
The highest level of society will have nature and technology blended seamlessly. You wouldn't be able to tell where wine began, and another ended, this is the sign that tells a society has truly reached no higher in this realm of existence
Too late, my boomer parents taught me to be a debt-slave and that growing crops and living out in nature and being debt-free is stupid.
Isaiah Foster
No, but there is no incentive develop in that direction.
The biggest problem as civilization becomes more globalized is over-connectedness and interdependence. Everyone is so specialized and dependent on increasingly large organizations that you cannot be truly free to associate or meaningfully oppose them.
You could theoretically use modern tech knowledge to develop more independent, neo-primal living. Solar-panels, fertilizer, septic tanks, ect. The problem is that you probably won't get left alone. Property taxes, permits, ect. It's way easier to just use the infrastructure already there.
"It is a tragedy of the first magnitude that millions of people have ceased to use their hands as hands. Nature has bestowed upon us this great gift which is our hands. If the craze for machinery methods continues, it is highly likely that a time will come when we shall be so incapacitated and weak that we shall begin to curse ourselves for having forgotten the use of the living machines given to us by God."
Camden Torres
It's entirely possible to blend them. It takes an exceptional people though.
Aiden Martinez
Meant by what? Working on earth is high tech.
Permanent settlements lead to the growth of overall population, hierarchical structures and, as a means to maintain it, the creation of writing. You're meant to eat what grows by itself and all this bullshit with "living together in a village" is the modernity to be rejected. Eat what you can find. Like Varg.
Jaxson Harris
That truly is one weakness of urbanized nations, the humans there have no ability to work the land or use simple tools. They have become so accustomed for "the government" to do everything for them they are just one disaster away from extinction. I even see this in places like Ecuador, where people let corona-virus victims lay in the streets because they assumed the government would come and pick them up. So they stand around and do nothing, and these are rural people!
In the movie "Oblivion" Tom Cruise creates himself a small low-tech Man-cave because he unconsciously knows that his high tech house, high tech wife is no way to really live. youtu.be/o6QiN4Frl-g

I live out in the middle of fucking nowhere and have a separate room away from everything else for internet. It's entirely possible to have the requisite tech with the blatantly superior privacy and property. All you have to do is pick and choose, and if you can't pick and choose well then you deserve to live in some concrete jungle with migrants and wage slaves.
Liam Perry
4G towers have shitty coverage, at least here. Less than 5 km. May be due to dense forests.
Gavin Johnson
I couldn't give a shit about perfect internet connections, if it cuts out or slows down then who cares. There's nothing important enough happening via the internet that determines it to be running on all 12 cylinders with 5g and all that shit. And it often cuts out completely for half a day, and it still makes no difference.
Ian Phillips
This is why communism is the superior form of government. Candles>Electricity
Parker Rivera
I can go on without the Internet, but if it's there it's gotta work.
You want to write shit and it says "connection lost", how cool is that?
Christian Smith
>mankind isn't meant to live in a society mankind created might as well say the bee doesn't belong in a hive
Many 4G bands are a high frequency signal. The lower frequency UHF 4G and 5G bands (600-850MHz) can travel much farther.
Nolan Ross
Ever heard of environmental pressure. We are just evolving and you are clearly an evolutionary dead end, what with all the "life has become to hard" whining. I'm doing fine in today's society you ape.
Nathan Price
Meh. Very little of what I type on Yas Forums is even noticed or not taken out of context. Just shows that any writing, if any, should mostly be done alone and purified into axiomatic statements.
Ryder Ortiz
You have low birthrate and import apes to sustain yourself. You are the evolutionary dead end.
Angel Cruz
Too many bees in a single hive disperse. And by too many I mean like about 4 thousand.
Grayson Murphy
It's called swarming.
Daniel Jones
that house looks comfy.
Justin Murphy
I didn't import anyone. My work involves kicking out immigrants, and it pays well. I also have four children. Get fucked and get back in your cage nigger, with your slow brain. You are a zoo animal compared to me.
Jonathan Barnes
They're pissed that their identity, if they ever had one beyond pointing fingers, is predicated on being illiberal, while Westerners have been in thick of it from the beginning (regardless of liberalism) being attacked from all sides and all angles.
