Seriously. The only reason I can see for rape being illegal is that having sex with another man's woman won't go down well. It's hard to build a high trust society when men are cucking each other.
In the modern west, though, men don't belong to women. Being "controlling" is socially unacceptable and abusive by law, the courts will drag you through the mud and then extort you whenever a woman deems it necessary and most young people don't even get married (if they do, they divorce). Aren't anti-rape laws kind of outdated in the 21st century?
Would society even be a worse place if rape of women was legal?

Even if rape itself wasnt a crime youd still be committing assault. Kidnapping too maybe. You cant force someone to do something by use of force. Thats a crime.

if I don't pay the government after they extort me, they can come to my house, manhandle me and throw me in a cell. If I don't pay rent they extort out of me on land I'm supposed to own they'll take away my land and do the same thing. Why can the government and its trained thugs do this, but not the average person? Would you rather be assaulted and kidnapped by someone from your community that knows you, or a glow in the dark agent that doesn't give a shit about you and only cares about the CIA and the IRS?
