I worked for a company that developed the world's most securest phone with 'military grade encryption' which was sold to heads of State, criminal organizations, Epstein and his pals etc. Encryption means nothing ultimately if you've got an effective MiTM vector on the device. You'll usually get a text or an expiration msg, that will deliver a payload to install spyware on your phone.

Start with a hard reset. If that doesn’t work, back up all your shit that you want to save off your phone to iCloud and then do a factory reset by tapping settings>general>erase all content and settings. Instructions to do a hard reset are in the link

I would NOT save anything sensitive to the iCloud - nothing. It's one of the easiest things to get into with just social exploits no skidd tools / script knowledge at all.
