Why is racism wrong?

Explain this to me. Everyone just assumes as a given that racism is wrong. Why? Show me what is inherently wrong with seeing people differently based on their race? Justify yourselves.

Racism leads to differentiating between race and not character and skills.

They believe that race is limited solely to skin color, therefore being racist is purely an act of hatred based on absolutely nothing tangible, making it evil and wrong. It's the constructivist view of humanity "if only Haiti had Swedish schools, they would be equally successful!". It's just the result of absorbing propaganda for their whole lives.

This. I think it's honestly just them not having a holistic view of what race and culture are.

Racism is a very broad concept because both race and discrimination are broad concepts. If a genius white European fucks a subhuman black primate and they produce offspring, the offspring MIGHT have black skin and hair but European intelligence. If that child were raised by the European and taught their cultural values, he could be a better citizen than some white people.

So skin color alone doesn’t equal value of a human - it’s merely statistically correlated. Black people have a 90% chance to be awful and white people have a 30% chance to be awful. This racism can be problematic because you throw the baby out with the bath water

Second, there’s a difference between unwarranted violence and hiring decisions. If you attack someone because of their skin color (and not as a result of some wrongdoing) then you are destroying economic value for no reason. However if you only hire based on merit and not based on race and in doing so you happen to turn down more black applicants, you’re actually doing the world a favor.

The crux of the issue is that liberals LOVE to conflate terms. It allows them to always pretend they’re the “good guys”. You hired a white guy? You’re racist. I hired a white guy? I’m helping the poor, spreading my wealth, and growing the economy.

Racism is only bad if you choose to define it using the worst examples
