High dose is an euphemism for overdose. They were giving patients 1200g/day. 2g/day kills you. Everything above 1g/day is known to cause heavy side effects.They highest therapeutic dose I've ever seen in literature is 800mg/day.

Even the low dose was 900mg per day. And they gave over 75 and people with heart disease strictly high dose, 1200mg per day. Why would you do that? Study at a reasonable dose with azithromycin and zinc phosphate. Why won't they do a study using Didier's recs? It's maddening.
