Any form of entertainment media is fiction. Actually pretty much anything that comes through a digital screen is fiction to me at this point. Reality is making love to my wife, teaching my son how to fish. These posts from autists always asking if some movie is "pol approved" is the cringiest shit ever, like some sheltered child asking their evangelist parents if this or that cartoon wont let the devil in. Just watch what you want, its not like a single digital media is gonna turn you into a Jewish golem unless you have a few extra chromosomes.

The movie is great actually.

It’s wholesome and funny. It satirizes Nazism but not in a nasty way. Kinda lighthearted. It also portrays the German soldiers of the Wehrmacht as heroic and not evil, like Jojo’s father who is MIA in Italy.

I liked it. Sam Rockwell was great, the jew jokes are hilarious, and the two lead kid actors are cute

It’s OK, but like over satire shows when asked “what do you hate about the Jews” they say shit like “they have horns” “they are cockroaches” etc rather than say why they actually hate since that would make people think “that’s what they do now”

Captain k's based and they used really accurate medals and sets. Its a good watch just for those aspects

It has some funny moments, but it's really overrated and imitates a lot of movies that came before such as "The Tin Drum".

It was better than I expected The arc with the girl was longer than it should be, the longer camp arc instead of it would make it better.

Unironically the first ww2 movie that portrayed Germans as normal human beings, including German films where they can't spend a minute without screaming there were good people in Germany but all nazis were evil.
