you are right about the 3 kike meals a day you should really be eating 100-200 calorie meals multiple times a day with a bigger 400 cal high protein meal right before bed. im currently on a cut so im eating

I started intermittent fasting in January, down 14kg so far (124 > 110). I have a good main meal in the evening and I'll have a few snacks (bar of chocolate, biscuits with tea) before bed. I'd probably loose more if I cut the snacks out, but I've cut out snacking through the day which was my vice. Easy mode weight loss so far. I've also been doing some weights and more walks.

Depends on your metabolic consumption. Rest throughout the day and remain in a cozy room temperature environment and you can get by on 800 calories a day easily.
I wouldn't reccomend it for long term periods because you'll atrophy and get anemic but you can certainly fast occasionally to save money.
I've went 3 days without food before. Coffee, water. I could live off a couple protein granola bars a day. But if I'm skateboarding a lot i may eat one meal. The kike 3 meals a day is Bernays propaganda, like bacon for breakfast. mm, breakfast food is amazing though..

The number of meals makes no difference. It's all about caloric intake and macros. I often times only eat 1 or 2 meals a day.

All that matters is that you intake enough matter, i lightly count calories and often one large meal 2000 - 3000 calorie, is enough to sustain me for the day, is it enough to not be skeleton mode? No. But its enough to live off sitting on my ass all day.

I've gone a week with only eating some almonds daily. I'm eating one meal these days, but it's always healthy meats and veggies plus almonds throughout the day. Lots of green tea and coffee, no sugar of course.
